MY GOAL is simple: help your agents succeed. When an agent submits 6 apps in their first 6 weeks, they unlock higher-intent leads, earn more for themselves, and even earn additional rewards for their mentor (YOU). It also significantly increases their likelihood of long-term success.
While not every agent will hit that milestone, it is the target we work toward together.
If an agent reaches that 6-app milestone while working through my program, I’ll invoice an additional $500 consultation commission. This reflects the extra value created and ensures you know I’m fully invested in helping your agents hit their goals.

To participate effectively:
Agent must have a Google account, as they will be added to a Google Group for communication, file sharing, and Google Meet invitations.
A webcam is required since sessions are always conducted with the camera on.
Attend scheduled sessions (as many as possible), which typically run Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
Self - Schedule 1:1 calls

By purchasing this consultation package, you acknowledge and agree that your agent will receive the opportunities and support outlined above. Participation in live sessions is encouraged, but any inability to attend due to technical issues or personal circumstances will not qualify for a refund.
While this program is designed to guide and support your agent, no guarantees are made regarding sales, production levels, or accelerated progress within the first 6 weeks. Each agent’s results depend entirely on their own effort, follow-through, and willingness to learn.
If your agent submits 6 applications within their 6-week program period, you agree to remit the additional $500 consultation commission as described.
Once the purchase is complete, please allow 48 hours for your agent to be added to the tools.
