6 Weeks to Success is a structured, live coaching program you can sponsor for your agents to provide clarity, accountability, and real‑time support during their most critical onboarding period.
This program is designed to reduce early overwhelm, accelerate skill development, and increase the likelihood that agents submit applications and stay in the business.
Who This Program Is Designed For
This program is intended for mentors sponsoring new or developing agents within the Tara Owens Life Group who want:
A clear, consistent training structure beyond Basecamp
Live coaching and real‑time feedback for their agents
Increased early activity and application submission
Visibility into agent participation and progress
Agents enrolled in the program are expected to actively participate, attend live sessions, and take ownership of their development.
What Your Agent Will Receive
2–3 live group video calls per week, providing structure and guided instruction
Weekly 1:1 coaching focused on next actions and skill development
Small‑group interactive sessions with live Q&A
Live script practice and hot‑seat coaching to build confidence quickly
Core concept training supporting long‑term production
Private Slack channel for ongoing support, questions, and accountability
Downloadable tools and resources for continued use beyond the program
Peer camaraderie with agents at the same stage
Program Objective
The performance target for participating agents is 6 submitted applications within the 6‑week program period.
This benchmark:
Encourages early momentum and confidence
Unlocks access to higher‑intent leads
Increases agent earning potential
Improves long‑term retention and success
While not all agents will reach this milestone, it serves as the standard the program is designed to support.
Program Structure & Expectations
Live sessions are held Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m. ET, with additional times added as group needs dictate
Agents are encouraged to attend as many sessions as possible; a minimum of two sessions per week is expected for success
Agents self‑schedule weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
Sessions are camera‑on, and participation is required
A guided website with lessons and defined next steps supports live coaching, ensuring agents are not overwhelmed with unstructured information
Investment & Sponsorship
The standard investment for the 6 Weeks to Success program is $200 per agent.
This program is typically sponsored by the agent’s mentor as part of the onboarding and development process.
Agents may also purchase the program themselves if approved; however, all terms and conditions outlined below apply regardless of purchaser.
Additional Consultation Commission
If an agent submits six (6) applications within the six‑week program period, an additional $500 consultation commission will be invoiced to the mentor or sponsor of record. This additional commission reflects the increased value created when the stated performance benchmark is achieved.
Total program cost when the benchmark is met: $700
Total program value: priceless!
If Agent issues 6 applications at an average of $800/application at 80% contract level with mentor at 100% contract level, mentor’s initial earnings are $960.

Terms & Conditions
By enrolling an agent in the 6 Weeks to Success consultation program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Nature of Services
The program provides professional coaching, education, and training services only. No guarantees or assurances are made regarding sales results, production levels, income, licensing outcomes, or agent retention. All results are dependent upon the agent’s individual effort, participation, and execution.Participation Requirements
Live session attendance is strongly encouraged. Failure to attend live sessions, whether due to scheduling conflicts, technical issues, or personal circumstances, does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit.Payment & Access
Agents will be granted access to required platforms and tools beginning on the next Monday (or Tuesday if a holiday), provided payment has been received at least forty‑eight (48) hours in advance.Additional Consultation Commission
If six (6) applications are submitted by the enrolled agent within the six‑week program period, the sponsor of record agrees to remit the additional $500 consultation commission as invoiced.Agent Self‑Purchase
In the event an agent purchases the program directly, the agent remains subject to all terms herein, including the additional consultation commission upon successful submission of six (6) applications within the program period.No Refund Policy
